I’m Carmel Wilkinson and welcome to my program. Over the next 6 weeks we’ll be helping you on a journey to eat yourself down to the weight you’ve always wanted to be.

Listen carefully, follow my advice and you too will get the results like so many before you.

THE PROGRAM

You’ve just joined a long standing Weight Loss Program backed by years of experience.

Over the next 6 weeks, I will provide you with weekly advice to keep you on track and focused on your goals. Each week you’ll also receive a structured program containing meal plans with 7 breakfasts, 7 lunches and 7 dinners that you’ll need to follow closely. I’ll also be letting you know what are good snacks and when to have them.

You will be given a shopping list weekly, which will help you get started. Of course, most of the items on the shopping list, you will already have in your pantry. So it’s mostly perishables that’s important to have ready to start for your menu to be followed perfectly.

I request that you weigh yourself every Sunday morning, at approximately the same time, with approximately the same clothes on. This is for accuracy. You then record it using the online form provided and send me the information. You will have an opportunity to remark on how you’re feeling etc, and I’ll be more than happy to reply to congratulate you and motivate you during your progress. This will be exciting for both of us.

You will see amazing results and start to feel better. Of course, if you need more than 6 weeks, you will be offered more weeks in order to complete your journey.

YOUR PREPARATION

In preparation for the journey ahead, below is a shopping list of essential items for you to have ready. We’ll be providing you with a detailed shopping list at the start of each week of the program, but these are essential basic grocery items you’ll find useful to keep in the cupboard at all times.  To get your menu, each Friday, login to the website and check the new week that is available.
